The Faculty of Humanities gained full academic autonomy in 2000

FHS provide study programs at the Bachelor`s, Mater`s and Ph.D.

Levels

Bachelor humanities programme offers courses of philosophy, history, social sciences (economy, anthropology, psychology and sociology)

The FHS offers advanced degrees in General Anthropology, Civil Society Studies, Social and Cultural Ecology, E-Culture and

Semiotics, Management and Supervision of Social and Health Institutions, Gender Studies, Oral-Contemporary History and Historical Sociology and Ph.D program in Anthropology and Applied Ethics.

CERGE-EI is located in street

Politických Vězňů 7 in the center of historic Prague

(Prague 1), one block from Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí).

The main post office sn Jindřišska Street provides a good orientation point –

we are located just around the corner from the main entrance.

The nearest metro stations are Můstek (transfer station for the green line A and the yellow B line)

and Muzeum (transfer station for the green A and red C line).
