Evaluation justification (strengths and weaknesses of thesis):
Strengths of thesis are following:
- Detailed SWOT analysis.
- Detailed conclusion.
- Real cooperation with company 5 M.
Weaknesses of thesis are following:
- Formal errors such as wrong date (20011) in “Bachelor Thesis Author Statement” and Czech abstract full of mistakes at the beginning of the thesis are bad signal for a reader.
- Quite many grammar mistakes (page 16 - ...mistake which caused by human..., page 25 – revenus,..., page 50 – ...time interest earned...)
- Figures 1, 2 as well as other are not linked with a text (no explanation).
- Many tables have its heading at the end of one page and continue on next page.
- Some of the paragraphs are left-justified, some are block-justified.
- It would be great if theoretical part has its own conclusion.
- Results comparison with competitors or proper industry is missing.
- Cumulative indicators were not used.

1) Were the results of your thesis beneficial for 5 M?
2) Why did you calculate ROE from EAT and ROA from EBIT? What are the general reasons for that?
