Output Quality The thesis is well-organized and provides a deep dive into the problematics of automation, digital transformation and mainly the Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The outcomes seem reasonable and are built on this foundation. However the author herself claims, that she did not meant to provided a detailed guide, but rather a general guidelines for the companies to implement the RPA, she could have assessed the financial aspect more in detail. The questions is though, whether the data was accessible or not.
Despite that the suggestion has been offered, that the company should not invest in the RPA implementation, but rather focus on the diversification of the portfolio or entering new markets. I am just wondering how did author come to this conclusion?

Goals Apart from the aforementioned suggestions, which were not based on any
analyses, the goals of the thesis have been fulfilled. 10 9 Methodology: I do not have any objections towards the methodology. What was a bit
confusing to me was the wording and numbering of the stepts of the implementation process. I believe that it starts with PHASE 2, PHASE 3, then it switches to STEP 3 and then at certain point I got confused by the
“numbering” of the list, since it starts from a) b) then suddenly there is e) (p50).
