Comments and Questions:

This thesis aims to design a decision-making model for data analytics implementation and development for the SMBs to guide decision-making on the project initiation and analysis stage. This is an up-to-date topic amplified by the expanding analytics capabilities. The author used a literature review and qualitative research, specifically a case study, to design a model.

I appreciate a well-done literature search, mainly individual types of analytics (fig. 1) and the quality of the proposed model. The model validation was done on two BI projects. From my point of view, it would be more appropriate to include also other analytics. However, this may be the subject of further research.

Validator: similarity score is 13% (iThenticate), including mainly direct quotes and paraphrases.

Questions for discussion: 1) What are the limitations of the proposed model? 2) What types of companies can use the proposed model?

Conclusion: The Master Thesis is recommended for the defence.

Suggested Grade: 1
