Overall, the author has fulfilled the general thesis requirements in terms of length and formal organization of the document.
The author did use the APA citation style, however he struggled with correctly working with sources and citing them throughout some parts of the thesis which reflects on poorer ability to conduct academic writing. The author should have divided the Business Plan chapters into subchapters instead of keeping them on the same level which makes the organization of the theoretical section a bit uneasy to follow. The selection of the strategic tools for the purpose of the topic of this thesis was correct, some analyses were conducted correctly, some were not sufficiently detailed. Pestel - missing foreign trade and health regulations which could affect the business where author's startup plans to operate . Author plans to launch his business n the United States and mentiones how the legal aspects differ, it would be nice to provide overview of the
differencies in the thesis in a condensed matter, same applies to labor laws where author mentions that there are regulations, but doesnt explain which or how would they affect his business. In certain parts of the thesis, there is a generic description of what is obvious, but missing analysis. Thesis should have been proof -read, there are some linguistic issues, typos, referencing to parts of the thesis without the name of the tables etc.
Questions:
In case of dissatisfaction of a customer with the car, who bears responsibility - dealership / Lowmiles and why?
Since selling additional services is an important revenue stream for dealerships, why would they join the LowMiles platform
and allow LowMiles to take over that business area?
Are there strict guidelines to sell second-hand luxury cars such as when they are sold new since the author mentiones these would not be present on the platform due to the strict rules applied to their distribution? I would think that the used-car market doesn't have to comply with these.
