Other comments:
The thesis presents a well wri.en and logically structured text combining a theore8cal un- derstanding with a rather limited research. It is the understanding of the studied product and industry what I consider worth a cri8que.
Example #1: One of the sugges8ons is to provide customers with informa8on on the use and dosing of the veterinary products. 1. If the author was familiar with the very products she would know there are detailed instruc8ons on use and doses in an enclosed leaflet, on the labels as well as on the boxes. 2. If the author was familiar with the legal concept of veteri- nary products and related regula8ons she would know that what she suggests is actually le- gal requirement of the veterinary products approval - instruc8ons on use and doses belong among the legal requirements and responsibili8es of the license holder and are not a ques- 8on of a company’s choice.
Example #2: Author recommends to not communicate the content of THC in the product de- spite the fact she designs recommenda8ons for marke8ng communica8on of a registered veterinary product - the only regulated and controlled products on the contemporary mar- ket. Veterinary products must comply with the domes8c as well as the EU legisla8on and as such are not allowed to contain any measurable amount of the illicit cannabinoid. As such the author inves8gates a problem that is not relevant and provides a recommenda8on on an ingredient the very products do not contain.
