Comments and Questions:

Submitted work is problematic in basically all evaluated aspects. It lacks clearly defined objectives, the text is arranged completely illogically, where the decriptive parts randomly intersect with the parts that can be considered as practical and also the language level is very poor (there are unfinished setences in the work – for example page 6 and in the first part of the work it is written about Twitter as about ”Tweeter” and there is a typo in the thesis title!). The overall lack of clarity of the work is significantly supported by the minimal use of headings as a means of structuring the text. Due to the confusion of the text, the contribution of the work is hardly identified (I failed to do so). To the cooperation with the author I would like to note that the author came up with the new topic of the thesis just before the submission, when I could not read the text.

I recommend the author to significantly revise the thesis and devote sufficient time to it.

Question: What is the contribution of the thesis? What methods of scientific work did you use?

Conclusion: The Master’s thesis is recommended for the defence.

Suggested Grade: 4
