RESPONSIBILITIES
Cushman & Wakefield Prague is looking for an enthusiastic and progressive student, ideally with some experience in property and/or consulting, with a strong interest in the real estate side of the
Manufacturing, E-Commerce and Logistics Sectors.
The role will encompass a number of areas, focusing on all aspects of industrial real estate consultancy at the executive level (commercial due diligence, financial and SWOT analyses, market research, client reporting etc.).
Through your internship you will gain in-depth knowledge about global trends in commercial real estate advisory and the connected
acquisition and leasing processes in one of the most active and advanced markets in Europe. You will be working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial team of 12 professionals from 7 nationalities and will make so many interesting contacts that your address book is going to burst!
As part of our team you will be participating in the following tasks:
» Preparation of Client/Project Pitches/Proposals/Marketing Materials
» Tender Planning/Implementation/Management/Reporting
» Client Relations
» Drafting of Property Related Legal Agreements (Heads of Terms, Lease Agreements, Purchase Agreements)
» Working Hours per Week ≈ 20
» Compensation: Accommodation in Prague city-center will be provided.
REQUIREMENTS
» You are currently successfully studying (Junior/Senior), or you are a recent Bachelor graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
» You have excellent examination results and belong to the top 10%
of your class.
» You consider yourself numerate and competent in MS Office, Excel spreadsheet modeling and financial theorem (Time value of money, Amortization/Depreciation, among others).
» You are organized, structured, and know how to prioritize.
» You are a team player and pride yourself in interpersonal skills.
» You are fluent in English (written and oral) – and a second language (German, Slavic Language, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, French).
» You are available for three to six months.
