Hodnocení výsledku rozboru:

Dle IČ spektrální analýzy plastická maziva odpovídají technickým listům z hlediska použitého zpevňovadla. Penetrace směsi obou plastických maziv spadá do NLGI třídy 2, do které spadají i jednotlivá maziva. Hodnota bodu skápnutí směsi maziv je o 30 – 40°C nižší než jsou

deklarované hodnoty jednotlivých maziv.

Dle výsledků zkoušek jsou plastická maziva mísitelná, ale bod skápnutí směsi je nižší než je u jednotlivých plastických maziv. Směs plastických maziv lze provozovat přibližně až do teploty 175°C.

Popis

ISOFLEX NBU 15 je plastické mazivo pro vysoké rychlosti s dobrou tlakovou únosností.

Produkt se skládá z kombinace esterového oleje / syntetického uhlovodíkového oleje / ropného oleje a barnatého komplexního mýdla.

Produkt poskytuje dobrou ochranu proti opotřebení a korozi, odolává vodě a médiím a je stabilní proti oxidaci.

Oblasti použití

Produkt ISOFLEX NBU 15 je použitelný zejména pro rychloběžná valivá a kluzná ložiska, např. ložiska vřeten obráběcích a textilních strojů, závitových vřeten, kuličkových šroubů při vysokém zatížení, pro ložiska pojezdových ústrojí, dále jako plastické mazivo pro dlouhodobé mazání ložisek lanovek a pro přesnou techniku. Kromě toho je produkt použitelný také pro mazání boků zubů u přesných převodů (např. převody kuželovými koly na frézovacích strojích, u

elektromechanických stavěcích pohonů pro ventily).

Pokyny k používání

Mazivo se nanáší štětcem, stěrkou, mazacím lisem nebo patronou.

Na základě mnoha různých složení uvnitř skupin elastomerů a plastických hmot je nutné před sériovým použitím přezkoušet jejich snášenlivost s produktem.

Minimální doba skladování

Minimální doba skladování v suchých nezamrzajících místnostech a uzavřených původních nádobách činí cca 36 měsíců.

Mode of Application

• Cleaning of previously used greases is necessary, as OKS 422 should not be mixed with other greases.

• In Anti friction bearings, the instructions issued by the bearing manufacturer must be followed.

• Re-lubrication must be done by means of a grease gun or central lubrication systems.

Polymočovinové plastické mazivo

SRI GREASE 2 je špičkové mazivo s polymočovinovým (polyuretan) plnidlem a s obsahem vysoce rafinovaného parafinovaného oleje. Má tmavě zelenou barvu a máslovou strukturu. Mazivo je odolné vůči oxidaci a díky tomu dosahuje vynikající stabilitu při vysokých teplotách. Účinné antikorozní inhibitory chrání ložiska proti korozi ve vlhkém a slaném prostředí. SRI GREASE 2 je kompatibilní s jinými mazivy používanými v ložiscích, jako jsou např. maziva na bázi lithia. Pro optimální účinnost se ale doporučuje původní náplň před aplikací SRI GREASE 2 z ložiska odstranit a ložisko důkladně vyčistit.

Doporučení pro použití

Plastické mazivo SRI GREASE 2 je vhodné pro použití v celé řadě průmyslových zařízení a v automobilech, kde jsou vysoké pracovní otáčky (10 000 ot./min. a více) a provozní teploty vyšší než 150 °C. Rovněž je vhodné tam, kde hrozí vniknutí slané vody do ložisek. Pracuje spolehlivě za nízkých teplot až do – 30 °C.

SRI GREASE 2 poskytuje vynikající výkon ve všech zařízeních, které pracují nepřetržitě v nepříznivých podmínkách.

Toto mazivo absolvovalo korozní test ASTM D1743 s 5% syntetickou mořskou vodou. Při vysokých provozních otáčkách a teplotách chrání ložiska lépe než ostatní běžná ložisková maziva. Test ASTM D3336 ukazuje, že u ložisek mazaných pomocí SRI GREASE 2 došlo při 10 000 ot./min. a 150 °C po 3 000 hodinách provozu ke zvýšení životnosti.

Testování prokázalo, že toto mazivo snese zatížení 2 x 10 rad a stále poskytuje účinné mazání a ochranu proti korozi.

Zdraví a bezpečnost

Mazivo SRI GREASE 2 bylo vyvinuto tak, aby splňovalo ty nejpřísnější normy a je nepravděpodobné, že by při správném používání a při dodržení dostatečné

průmyslové a osobní hygieny mohlo způsobit nějaké ohrožení zdraví nebo jiné nebezpečí.

Jestliže dojde ke kontaktu s okem, je nutné vymývat oko nejméně 15 minut pod tekoucí vodou.

Na vyžádání je k dispozici informační materiál s technickými a hygienickými údaji o produktu.
