Konkrétní připomínky a dotazy k práci:
This thesis entitled « Assessing the feasibility of a market entry to the French market for the management of a Czech company specialized in joint nutrition » discusses and analyses such a market entry and takes as an aim to advise the firm with such a significant step. The objective is clear since the thesis title, however it was missing a detail section where the author could enlist couple of specific objectives (due to the topic is very wide) and research question (s), this always help to the full understanding of theses goals and therefore provides an idea of the further outcomes.
-Outcomes of this research were primarily destined for the management of the analyzed Czech firm, which gives to the thesis work an added value since it presents directly certain implications which can be
potentially measured. On the other hand, it provides interesting information in dietary supplements of the French market which at the same time is useful as well. -According to the author: In order to evaluate the business operation, a complex research about the industry of dietary supplements was undertaken. This explains that the methodology approach will be based on desk research but it would’ve been necessary to provide more details about. -Some of the charts, figures and images presented on the thesis, need to have a better format and quotation style, since they look all different and gives a bad image to the entire work.
-Is not a “research paper”: over the text, the author refers to the thesis as “research paper” which is not, must be changed that. Here is and example: Once the company will be described, the final part of the research paper will discuss the French market environment.

1. The competition is based on price as well as quality, according to the best knowledge of the author, are there other factors on which the competition is based on?
1. The author mentions: “A unique product or a product with a considerable added value. There are different possibilities on how to differentiate the product:…” Taking the specific example of the product of interest in this thesis, how to differentiate it ?

The author states: “The management of the company believes that it is the right time to expand to a foreign market and the French market appeared to be attractive due to new health trends and an increased demand for high quality products.” In which data is this statement based on? Is there another country considered for probably expansion ?
