The thesis fulfills the basic requirements such as length, organization, and sourcing. The author has demonstrated a struggle to conduct academic writing correctly, despite the use of APA citation style. The document is pretty well-organized and has a clear structure, however, the author could have organized the document much better if he used the third level subchapters. In the thesis, well-selected strategic tools have been presented in order to evaluate the business idea which provide a comprehensive overview of the used car market in the United States. Author has correctly placed the SWOT analysis at the end of his thesis, but based on the extensive analysis, the SWOT is very brief, it would be preferable if the analysis was more elaborate, providing greater data-based
insights.
Questions: Conecting LowMiles to the Central Dispatch would be complicated from the IT infrastructure perspective, how would this
be managed until it's automated (let's say during the first two years of operation)?
Author mentiones Quality Customer Service in the VRIO as Valuable and Rare - why do you perceive it as such when LowMiles would
only be a platform for sales and the interactions (online call with client - showing the car etc) would be done by the dealerships?
Based on what does the author conclude, that LowMiles will have a high brand equity?
