Searching and management platform for personal trainers - Business plan

Aleš Kubíček, PhD.
Prague University of Economics and Business
The author presents a well-written business plan. The theoretical part is built on recent sources and presents a number of relevant tools. It would be helpful to explain in the introduction into the practical part where the author got market data. Apart from a mistake in VRIO analysis, the author is very thorough and realistic in his analysis. I would not consider a need to localize a platform for the German language a threat. The financial plan forecasts the first three years of the start-up, and it is reasonable, even considering the customer attrition rate. I only miss loan repayments (even if it is from relatives) and
potential seasonality.
The formal requirements are not entirely met (e.g. font type, page numbering, text alignment), but given the level of detail and additional attachments (including the expected qualifications of the staff and the sitemap), it is a minor flaw.
Questions: 1) I assume that the author will not work for free. How is the involvement of the founders in the company and their ownership stakes resolved? Especially given that the author intends to obtain the initial capital himself? 2) What are the barriers to entry for UK and US competitors, and how concerning is the issue?
