The thesis is well prepared and presents the analytical view on a standard
HR process of attraction and selection of employees. It brings interesting
data about the CEMS students and their "first-employment" experience.

Theoretical part summarizes the standard approach to attraction and selection of employees. There is a confusion / fusion of terms "selection"
and "admission", even though the author cites the relevant sources. The theoretical part gives an overview of most common used methods.
The thesis is well-organized and well structured.
Linguistic and terminological level is appropriate with the exception mentioned above.
