Comments and Questions:
The thesis focus on diversity management strategy is a very up-to-date topic, relevant for analysis from both corporations and other stakeholders from wider society.
Theoretical part presents solid overview of diversity, diversity management and employee satisfaction sources.
The research is based on both quantitative and qualitative approach. The quantitative part is based on the employee satisfaction survey and qualitative on the in-depth interviews with managerial staff.
Unfortunately, the depth of the research was limited by smaller pool of respondents for the quantitative research, due to the company restriction in the specific Covid pandemics. I hope that there would be potential for bigger sample of respondents in times that are more normal.
The assessed company aims to be a role-model in diversity management and utilising talent of diverse workforce.
English and stylistics are of very good quality.
Bibliographical list of sources need more careful approach. The online sources should show the date of quotation, as well as, the citation style should be consistent across the whole list.

1. Given the recent global Covid pandemics and based on your research and opinion, which of the diversity management tools of the specific company should be enhanced now?
2. Based on your experience with the successful diversity management at company, how do you perceive the diversity management at VŠE, and particularly at Faculty of International Relations? What is great, what needs to be changed? What specific improvements would you suggest? Explain.
Conclusion: The Bachelor Thesis is recommended for the defence.
