Konkrétní připomínky a dotazy k práci:

I highly appreciate the author chose a topic relevant not only to his field of study and personal interest but also the current need on the market.

The goal of the thesis is to: ”…analyse diversity management tools of existing multinational company in Prague.” The thesis has a logical structure. Individual parts are interconnected and the application part uses the Literature Review findings.

First part of the thesis consists of a rich literature review on diversity, diversity management, inclusion and employee satisfaction focusing on diversity impact on job satisfaction. Second and third part of the thesis introduce research objectives, research methodology, sample identification, research results and

interpretation. Qualitative primary data were collected via in-depts interviews. Diversity tools were investigated. Quantitative primary data were collected via survey and analysed using graphs and tables.

The employee satisfaction was explored, the questionnaire is designed appropriately. Limitations can be caused by the size and structure of the survey sample. Especially the size of the sample is critically low (35) for a quantitative analysis, which is reflected in the decreased score for the depth of analysis but due to the epidemiological situation and low options to get in touch with more employees from more teams I believe the final score for the whole thesis (1) reflects the knowledge and skills of the author. Finally research outcomes are compared with the theoretical part outcomes and suggestions for the company regarding diversity management are formulated.

The thesis and formulated recommendations will serve not only the explored company but also similar companies on the market as an inspiration.

I suggest dividing the list of sources into publications and scientific articles and other sources. By online sources the date needs to be included, the style of quoting the sources should be united (sometimes abbreviations of first names are used and sometimes the first names etc.) Missing interpunction by bullet pointsb should be omitted.

Questions and Discussion:

1) Which of the identified diversity management tools do you personally find crucial and why?

2) Discuss how the approach to diversity within multinational companies can influence the ”local” approach to diversity in the countries where the companies/their subsidiaries are located?

3) Quite a high percentage (31%) of respondents of the survey claimed ”other” Ethnicity – what ethnicities
