This thesis aims to study how advanced analytical methods and artificial intelligence will change the health sector (including technological and ethical aspects) and design the advanced analytical methods
implementation strategy for health requirements for analytical solutions facilities in Turkey. This up-to-date topic (amplified by the growing data volumes and demand for analytical solutions) is suitable for the master thesis.
Health 4.0 applications and technologies, together with advanced analytical methods and artificial
intelligence in healthcare, were identified correctly based on the literature review. The author appropriately covered elements of decision support, risks and ethical challenges.
The advanced analytical methods implementation strategy is based on the above-mentioned literature review, evaluation of Turkey’s current situation, and interviews with experts. The author included vision, purpose, principles and action plan with six action areas including (short term, mid term, long term) objectives. Overall, this is a well-prepared thesis with quality outputs.
