Comments and Questions:
This thesis aims to analyse the usage of social media tools in the educational area (including effects on teachers‘ and students‘ life) to design improvements of challenges, barriers and issues. This is an up-to-date topic amplified by the COVID-19 pandemic, suitable for the master thesis. The author used a literature review and conducted an online survey among teachers and students in Italy, Czech Republic, Turkey and Azerbaijan.
The results of this thesis are in the form of a basic interpretation of the survey. It would be appropriate to carry out a deeper analysis and, above all, to form subsequent recommendations. The author does not respect recommendations/rules on literature references. The thesis has several other typos and formal shortcomings.
Question for discussion: 1) How should teachers and students work with results? 2) Will the situation at lower levels of education differ?
Conclusion: The Master Thesis is recommended for the defence.
