The diploma thesis deals with the issue of motivation of employees, namely in the context of tha pandemic situation, whem a significant amount of employees worked remotely. The aim of the work is clearly defined as the main and logically related sub- objectives in the introductory part, it can be considered fulfilled.
The theoretical part is ased on a wide range of sources, theories of motivation are summarized and compared, researches and articles related to the topic are analyzed, it can be considered appropriate to the nature of the work.
The method of data analysis and evaluation allows to formulate specific conclusions. Better visualisation of findings would increase the overall clarity of research results.
The student prepared the diploma thesis independently and demonstrated the ability to process a professional text on a given topic, in which he showed the appropriate orientation.
Several typos and shortcomings in the formal arrangement are found.
The diploma thesis meets the formal and content requirements, so I recommend it for defense.
Question: As you concluded, during remote working managers should focus on promoting responsibility, autonomy, trust, and detailed feedback. Which from the theories of motivation are closest to your findings and why?
