Comments and Questions:
The theses is focused on employee satisfaction and compares the phenomena in multinational and domestic companies. The goal of the theses is following: “to discover whether there is a difference in how office employees working in multinational corporations (MNCs) feel satisfied with their job and working conditions compared to employees that work in domestic national companies (DNCs) in the Czech Republic.“ In the theoretical part, basic motivational theories are explained both the content and process theories. The differences between MNC and domestic companies are discussed, and current trends in employee satisfaction are conveyed as well. I appreciate the detailed research design. The research is provided as a quantitative research with relevant sample size. The decreased assessment in partial criteria reflects following: According to the system ithenticate, the result of similarity check seems to be quite high, nevertheless, deeper analysis revealed that all sources are cited properly, all matches are below 1 %. E.g.
Brana’s youtube video is not cited properly. Questions and discussion: 1. Discuss why MNCs are more successful regarding “covid 19 support”. Which strategies should DNCs implement in their HR processes?
2. In your view, why employees in MNCs are more satisfied regarding “relationship with coworkers“?
Conclusion: The Bachelor’s thesis is recommended for the defence.
