E V A L U A T I O N O F T H E B A C H E L O R ' S T H E S I S
In the first part author gives an overview of the telework meaning and evolution, and the connection with HRM. There is discussed a model of management of teleworkers, with the focus on additional difficulties on top of the standard way of management. There is prepared an overview of different softwares that might be used for teleworkers' maagement, perhaps in too much detail. This part is built in a logical way.
In the practical part of the thesis author analyses data from a qualitative research to investigate the different aspects of successful management of teleworkers and the problems that organizations can face during this process. In the discussion part there are summarized important findings with respect to the model mentioned in the theoretical part.
The conclusion is well prepared.
The bachelor's thesis corresponds in its content and form to the requirements for this type of final thesis at the University of Economics and Business in Prague. I recommend to defend the thesis.
Question: What recommendation would you suggest to an organization that is currently planning to move most of its staff to teleworking?
