E V A L U A T I O N O F T H E B A C H E L O R ' S T H E S I S

The motivation behind this paper is current pandemic situation, when business owners had o switch from the standard way of management to the virtual one (called teleworking), and therefore is very actual. The first part is focused on the description and understanding of the subject, discussing deeply the Edwards & Wilson's model of virtual teamworking. Additionaly, the overview of tools for teleworkers' management is prepared. It is necessary to mention the graphic side of the paper here, pictures for individual applications could rather be presented in the appendix.

The practical part consist of qualitative research (in the way of semi-structured interviews) with business professionals, the data is analyzed and presented properly. The findings are presented in the context of the theoretical framework.

The bachelor's thesis corresponds in its content and form to the requirements for this type of final thesis at the University of Economics and Business in Prague. I recommend to defend the thesis.

Question: Referring to the used model of Sharing-Caring-Daring and based on your research, what is the least developed dimension in management of teleworkers? What would be your recommendation to managers to improve that?
