Output Quality The author did a very good job, both in terms of providing a good theoretical background and description of case study development as well as writing a well readable case study. My only comment would refer to questions stated at the end of case study (Chapter 3) which could have been more thoroughly addressed in the teaching notes. Someone may also both the case study as well as teaching notes consider slightly unfinished.

The author presented well theories regarding developing a quality case study research as well theories related and required to given case study.

Terminology: It meets the expectations and as mentioned before, it is very nicely readable.

Formalities: Meets the expectations. My only comment in this criterion would refer to tables 4-4 and 4-5. I understand, that these tables are from different sources, but for better understanding it may be better to use the same units and currency.
