The author wrote a thesis that is evaluating a business opportunity in the form of a business plan. The theoretical part deals with terminology, business plan components and tools, and analyzing models.
The practical part is the business plan itself. It consists of the opportunity description, marketing, market potential, people, and financials. Part of the business plan is dedicated also to ethical and environmental norms that are important to the brand's vision. I would like to see data from google trends and AdWords to support the financial side of the business. But that will be probably the next phase of the business execution. The author delivers quality work, with a clear structure that is easy to navigate. After a successful defense, I recommend an Excellent evaluation.
Questions:
What are the key activities of ETHI's Go-to-market strategy?
Do you plan to run trial collection to validate your assumptions?
What is the unique value proposition that differentiates the new brand from the existing competition?
