Overall evaluation and questions to be answered in the course of the defense:

Occupation of the Bachelor's thesis supervisor:

The thesis is original, well-written and well-structured. The author uses international sources. What I don't like very much is the over-reliance on one central book (Robinson et al., 2015). Thus, the authors seems to use it as a "cookbook" rather than conduction own literature review. Nevertheless, the author also uses other sources and for a bachelor thesis, I think the work with the literature is acceptable. Formally, the subchapters could be better structured. See e.g. p. 18, where three headings are apparently not at the same level, but they are not numbered and look the same. The major (and severe) mistake I observed is that the industry analysis is missing. There is a heading on page 47 but it is empty and the analysis is not carried out. Moreover I don't think that the author does the DuPont analysis. Table 18 just repeats what is presented elsewhere (the ratio values).

Usually one does the logarithmic decomposition of ROE etc. Finally, the SWOT analysis should only be focused on the findings found in the practical part. Marketing/HR does not belong here. It distracts attention from the goal of the thesis.

1. Please present the industry analysis.

2. Please present a corrected SWOT only with the factors that were subject to your own analysis.

3. How did you calculate the M/B ratio? Based on which data/stock exchange? Could you show the dataset? If would also like to say that in case market data is available, it would be nice to discuss the P/E ratio. Could the author do this as a

supplementary analysis during the defense?
