In his bachelor thesis the author applies the financial analysis methods to the car-rental company SIXT SE. I miss the motivation for the choice of the topic and the business, and the aim of the thesis is not stated neither in the abstract of the introduction. If the company issues associated with the pandemic outlined in the introduction should be a hint, I see no reason to do financial analysis of historical data. If the goal was to understand the "opportunities and threats" as stated in the last paragraph of the introduction, why limit oneself to a financial perspective and not do a complete strategic analysis?

The theoretical part goes too much detail. In particular the chapter 2 could have been skipped as the author often repeats one or two literature sources. The SWOT analysis is limited by the fact that only a financial analysis has been carried out; factors are not quantified. The golden balance rules are likely a result of the translation from Czech. I appreciate that the author did not end with a SWOT analysis but formulated recommendations as an output of the analysis. On the other hand, the author should explain during the thesis defense how the analysis led him to formulate the second recommendation.

The formal aspect of the paper is average (e.g., grammatical errors, inclusion of entire tables in the text)
