Other comments:
The thesis focuses on online leadership communication within a context of COVID-19 pandemic, which is new and very actual topic. The goal is clear and very well specified, the terms and theories explained. The aspiration to explore the topic and to look for conclusions for theory and praxis is relevant, knowing and reminding the limits of the study. Research design and methodology is described, criteria for selection of online platform as well as leaders and posts are clear, data available in appendix, examples are given too.
I do appreciate the content quality as well as the formal aspects of the thesis. The language is very clear and comprehensible, the structure is logic and formal aspects thoroughly elaborated, incl. citing. The core text of the thesis could seem a bit shorter than expected, on the other hand the quality of the content balances it well. I do appreciate proactive and self-reliant approach of the author.
Questions or comments to be discussed during the thesis defence:
1) Based on your study, try to formulate a specific hypothesis for potential future testing.
2) According to your opinion, what was the most surprising finding of your study? Explain why.
3) What else would you do or what would you do differently in case you have the chance to start again with the current knowledge, experience…
