Other comments:

The goal of the thesis is ambitious. Research on topics such as ethics and culture is entangled due to its complexity and ambiguity. I have some concerns about the use of the concept of culture, such as differences between

nationality and culture. Perhaps, it would be beneficial to the thesis to narrow down the topic of culture as it was done with ethics to specific behavior.

I would appreciate a more rigid connection between the literature review and the author's research. There is an explanation in the thesis "inclusion of findings from complementary disciplines and indirectly related findings guaranteeing the quality of the paper and scientific novelty. " More persuasion would be helpful. I complement the inclusion of several theories/models of culture, although a critical discussion of them is rather omitted, which is an oversight as that would create a logical link to the research part of the thesis.

The number and quality of sources used for the literature review are impressive.

Some of the subtopics would merit from more in-depth elaboration. I appreciate the inclusion of topics as bias and concerns about the validity of data; nevertheless, the relevant chapters present them one-dimensionally without the real weight and, therefore, impact on the thesis. There is an inconsistency in refusing the Hofstede's dimensions in the literature review and later adopting it within the discussion.

I perceive several parts of the findings intriguing and relevant, such as the dominance of the company's culture or diverse observance related to ethical/unethical behavior.

Questions or comments to be discussed during the thesis defence:

Discuss the difference between culture and nationality and its impact on your research.

Describe the way you think you used the principle of triangulation to secure the validity of data.
