Comments and Questions:

E-commerce is quite mature nowadays, but still in rapid development, therefore there are many interesting topics and questions to investigate. For that reason, the topic of the thesis is interesting, however the whole text is quite general, and the real contribution of the author is small.

Chapters three and four do not correspond much to the content of the previous chapters. Author did some research. The survey has only 171 respondents, questions again do not correspond much to the previous text and the results are analyzed only by simple graphs. In my opinion, qualitative research (5 interviews of managers from companies in Kaliningrad area) is slightly better.

Some references are not according to the citation standard (e. g. missing obligatory field). There are some layout and typographic issues, too. Overall result of the anti-plagiaristic system is OK (4%). The reported sameness 89% for Excel file only is (in my opinion) just limitation of the anti-plagiaristic system. The sameness is in general terms in survey like scale (e. g. definitely, not sure…), male/female, mobile/wire etc. Some papers with large sameness are obviously from completely different field (e. g. medical chemistry and biochemistry).

Suggested topic for discussion

Can you clearly highlight the main results from interviews?
