1. Problem Definition
Submitted diploma thesis focused on the investment strategies. Investment is often a dynamic and constantly adjusted multi-stage process, and it is not reasonable to pay attention to the evaluation method of the result only. Meanwhile, investment in different stages is correlated with each other. To make a reasonable evaluation of this kind of investment portfolio, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the performance of each stage and the relationship between stages. Therefore, it is of great significance to construct a reasonable dynamic portfolio efficiency evaluation model. From this point of view, the topic for the diploma thesis has been chosen appropriately.
The aim of the diploma thesis – as declared in the introduction – from a practical guiding way of asset selection by using two distinct investment strategies of static and dynamic. As it is apparent from the result, the goal of the diploma thesis was fulfilled.
2. Methodology
According to the diploma thesis assignment, besides Introduction and Conclusion, the thesis structured into three main chapters, where the application part (chapter four) is the essential part of the diploma thesis. Chapter two introduced the theoretical foundations of financial investments.
Chapter three is concentrating on investment strategies. Chapter four applied the selected strategies in China financial market. On the basis of summary and discussion, results are appropriately commented throughout the chapter.
3. Results
Except for grammatical mistakes in the text, based on the diploma thesis's contents and results, the main objective was fulfilled. The author of the diploma thesis proved to be able to solve the given issue, which is the main assumption for the recommendation of the diploma thesis for defence.
