As it is a prac%cal kind of a master’s thesis there is not much of a theory in the sense of a social theory. Nevertheless, there is a close rela%onship between prac%cal and theore%cal parts of the thesis.
While the theore%cal part introduces valua%on methods and strategic analysis methodology, these models are employed in the prac%cal part.
