Methodology: Research questions and the goals of the thesis are based on the gaps in knowledge identified in litterature review and trends identified in existing researches. Qualitative focus group is chosen as a primary research method in order to adress research questions and the author executes them correctly. Quantitative survey is conducted as a complementary research method. More sophisticated statistical methods of data analysis would have been appreciated.
