Output Quality The results are well presented and discussed. There is a high degree of originality delivered by the author concerning the fact that it is a master thesis. Therefore, practical implications for Henkel company are of relevant value. Technically, there are some drawbacks regarding formal layout requirements and the selection of cited literature. Both are discussed below.
Generally, the author is ideologically prescriptive and narrowly focused on predefined assumptions. His approach is coherent with the goal of the thesis; nevertheless, a broader picture would enhance it. For example, the discussion of the CO2 footprint lowering of Somat doypack might be extended to questions of different packaging selection, usage of the product itself…

Understanding of theory and the literature review is on a very good level.
The researched topic is an actual one, and new researches are published each year. It is thus unfortunate that the author applies a rather old selection of literature. E.g. „…previous research by De Boer et al. (2001)…“.

There are the following distractions to be mentioned: 1) some headings are at the bottom of the previous page and not connected to the text itself (e.g. p. 56, 68); 2) there is a low quality of print screened tables/graphs/figures and 3) the terminology table/figure/graph his mixed.
