Goals of the Master´s Thesis:
Create a visual representation of the overall user experience with a given tech company using a user journey map. Particularly, the thesis aims to find specific issues the users face during the ongoing interactions, evaluate the end-to-end user experience and propose recommendations to enhance this experience across all phases of the user journey.

Output Quality The diploma thesis has a clear focus and goals, it is a logical whole. The theoretical part of the thesis is very relevant and based on many literature sources. The topic of the customer journey is quite demanding and contains a number of approaches. The author was very well versed in the topic. The results are practically applicable.

Goals Both the main and minor objectives were accomplished. Chapter 7 could
have provided more detailed comments on Figures 31 – 33. 10 9 Methodology: Methods are adequate and used correctly in relation to pre-set goals. The
student appropriately combined qualitative research with behavioral data analysis (Google analytics, Hotjar). Behavioral analysis is purely descriptive, the author could go more in depth and examine in more detail the behavior of different user segments.

Conceptualization:
Theoretical part is precisely written, it is relevant, well organised, literature sources are cited correctly. The student was able to summarize the key existing knowledge on the issue of user / customer journey. Therefore, the diploma thesis also has theoretical contribution, providing useful overview of this complex topic.

and 4 practical chapters. Max 3 levels of headings were applied. 3 3 Terminology: The author uses terminology correctly, he also deals with subtle differences
between terms that are often used as synonyms. E.g. user and customer

Formalities: The thesis meets all the formal requirements. Only the list of appendices is
missing. The text is well formatted and structured, it is easy to follow. 4 4
Citing: The author cited a large number of sources. All sources are referenced
