Goals of the Master´s Thesis:

The primary goal of the master thesis is to investigate how D&I coaches approach the coaching process and what methods they use. Secondary goals are: how D&I coaching in organizations is perceived, what obstacles D&I coaches experience, how efficiency of the coaching is evaluated and what are the D&I best practices.

Other comments:

Markéta demonstrated very good command of the relevant literature and applied it appropriately in the theoretical framework of the thesis. The thesis is logically structured and the theme of the master thesis seems to be highly topical as there have not been practically done any studies on D&I coaching in the same context yet. For the practical part of the thesis Markéta chose qualitative approach which is suitable for this kind of study as it has got exploratory character. The chosen methods were applied successfully, the conclusions have been drawn appropriately from the material and limitations have been discussed.

I appreciated Markéta´s enthusiasm, persistence and diligence.
