Output Quality Green bonds, as part of a general ESG trend, are in interesting financing tool available to both corporate and sovereign issuers. I appreciate that the author picked quantitative approach to test her hyphotheses on this subject.
Despite certain issues with the data and with design of the tests, it is an interesting attempt to shed some light on the topic.

Methodology: Methodology is mostly adequate. The original intention to test also impact on environment proved to be more difficult to execute well with the

Conceptualization: I would like to hightlight number of journal articles and other studies that the author reviewed and referenced throughout the thesis.
