The goal of this thesis is to examine how various D&I coaches approach the D&I coaching process, and what methods do they use. The sub-objectives are then to learn how D&I coaching in organisations is perceived, what obstacles D&I coaches may experience when trying to obtain the needed resources from management, how the efficiency of D&I coaching is measured and evaluated and lastly, what the possible challenges and recommendations are, as well as identified best practices and common mistakes.

The work provides an interesting insight into the dynamically developing field of D&I coaching. The author presents various perspectives of trainers and professionals dealing with the subject of D&I in an

interesting way. It also provides a starting point for further research into this vibrant discipline with great potential to make long-term D&I impact in the future.
