Consumer behavior towards organic food: The case of Vietnam

The topic is contemporary and the student employed in an appropriate way qualitative methodology. She has set from the very start rather clear objectives. The academic writing style is very good with the use of papers published in good quality academic journals. The structure of the thesis is very clear. The analysis part is interesting and the student managed to identify relevant themes, however she could have avoided mentioning any numeric results. Also, the student was able to make relevant comparisons of her findings to previous research and provide specific managerial implications. The student could have provided separately the interview guide as well in the appendix (not just the transcript of the interview). In my opinion, this work fulfills the criteria given for the bachelor's theses at Prague University of Economics and Business.
Therefore, I recommend this thesis for defense. Question for the student: Based on your findings what advice would you give to a manager in Vietnam who works in the organic food sector?
