The theoretical part consists from the set of particular topics, that are not related well each to other. Although the author collected individual themes somehow related to the subject, the structure of the paper is illogical. E.g. starts with the description of employee engagement, which plays crutial role in employee's performance and is connected with motivation, however there is missing a clear navigation for the reader, what is its role in the employee development for the future. It should be mentioned that the figures (e.g. Figure 3, 4) could rather be presented in the appendix, otherwise it takes up unnecessarily much space.
The practical part consist of qualitative research (in the way of semi-structured interviews) with professionals, the data is analyzed and presented properly.
There are a number of typos in the work.
The bachelor's thesis corresponds in its content and form to the requirements for this type of final thesis at the University of Economics and Business in Prague. I recommend to defend the thesis.
Question: Based on the literature review, how would you summarize the future skills set needed in organizations? How does it correlate with the research results?
