The topic of the thesis is important on the Czech market as there is a significant number of employees working as temporary agency staff. In the first part the author elaborates on the well-known motivational theories, job satisfaction descritpion, and recruitment agency definition including the temporary agency employment regulation and pitfalls. There was selected a Scientific Management as a leading theory for the research on the page 13 and Maslow's hierarchy of needs on the page 26, this inconsistency should be questionned.
In the analytical part, there were applied different statistical methods to analyze the data. The conclusion summarizes the findings well. The bachelor's thesis corresponds in its content and form to the requirements for this type of final thesis at the Prague University of Economics and Business. I recommend to defend the thesis.
Question: How do the findings from the research correspond with the Maslow's hierarchy of needs?
