Employee development for the future of work
Ross Bartolomei
The objective of the thesis is to identify the strategies that organizations can take to develop their staff for the future needs in the context of continuous change.

The subject of the thesis is very relevant nowadays, as the change (e.g. technological, business, cultural) that organizations face is inevitable. Author did not take the opportunity to deep dive into the subject, he deals with random topics only superficially instead. The most relevant part (future of work and competences needed) is unfortunately described at the end of the theoretical part instead of being used as an introduction to the topic. Some parts of the text might be shortened (e.g. CIPP model implementation).
The practical part consist of qualitative research (in the way of semi-structured interviews) with professionals, the data is analyzed and presented properly. The conclusion corresponds with findings.
There are a number of typos in the work.
The bachelor's thesis corresponds in its content and form to the requirements for this type of final thesis at the University of Economics and Business in Prague. I recommend to defend the thesis.
Question: What is the role of "sabbaticals" in employees' development and how it can improve overall organizational performance?
