THESIS CONTENT SUMMARY:
The thesis aims the implementation and alignment of performance measurement and reward system in a business company with regard to motivational issues and cost management. The theoretical part addresses the literature review on particular topics. The practical part is a case study on small business company in Slovakia. The author describes and discusses the change on performance management system which was realized in the company and brings some suggestion to improve the implementation of the new system.
OBJECTIONS AND REMARKS:
The thesis brings the original research and is well structured. All parts are very good, nevertheless broader list of references, additional insights, and more precise discussion could enhance the contribution of the thesis.
QUESTIONS FOR THE DEFENCE:
The goal setting theory is introduced in the theoretical part. In your opinion, does the implementation of the new reward systems in the ZOP plus Company follow the recommendation of this theory? Why yes or no?
