The proposed thesis presents the impact on ground handling service caused by anti covid measures implied on Business Aviation. The impact is formulated on a case study of selected airport in Ukraine. The text provides clear description of the pre covid state of the arts, after anti covid measures implementation, methodology, analyses of compared sates and description of results including graphical depiction. The author selects the right tools that enables analyzing the both states and

identification of the time, space and cost impacts on operation. The author manages to fulfil the goal of the thesis. The discussion part could have contained how to reduce the impact on the operation. In addition to that, it is not certain what is the real impact on customer expectation. Therefore, I propose to discus these questions during the defense:

1.Is there any possibility how to reduce the cycle times of the associate process steps for instance by digitalization instead of phone calls to reduce the total lead time?

2.How much is the extension of the total lead time relevant for the customer satisfaction?
