Konkrétní připomínky a dotazy k práci:
The Bachelor Thesis focuses on the application of Incoterms in logistics. The motivation to write on this topic was a fact that Kazakhstan does not practice common usage of Incoterms in international trade and does not have a representative chamber located in the country. The author decided to analyze how the application of Incoterms might change the logistics system in Kazakhstan. In the first theoretical part, the detailed overview of Incoterms is given, the role of logistics in a company is explained, and the documents for international trade are described. Regardless of the descriptive and compilation character of the text, the author proved deep knowledge and practical experience in the matter. In the second practical part, the author assembled an interesting SWOT analysis matrix applied separately on automobile, railway, water, and air transport system in Kazakhstan and generalized her findings into a set of conclusions and
recommendations. I count this part of most interesting and adding original value to the entire thesis. From a technical point of view, the text meets the basic requirements, linguistic and stylistic quality is on an average level, tables, and layout of the text are conformant with the official norms. Questions: 1) Having the rules of Incoterms unofficial in Kazakhstan, what would you do when concluding sales contracts to facilitate the judicial practice of international commercial arbitration courts in resolving disputes in the field of the delivery condition in international sale of goods? 2) Why do you think Kazakhstan has not adopted the Incoterms yet? What the country should do to join Incoterms international rules?
Závěr: Bakalářskou práci doporučuji k obhajobě.
