Output Quality The author has chosen a very challenging topic, the results of the thesis are an useful contribution to the consideration of modern approaches to pricing.
The student proceeded in the analysis systematically, explained in detail and justified the individual steps, pointed out the limitations. The thesis placed demands on the student to acquire additional knowledge and skills. The results show well the complexity of the value-based pricing approach and reveal, among other things, the reason for its low acceptance in practice.

Goals The goals of the thesis are clearly defined and they are very challenging. The analysis is relevant in relation to objectives but the author had to accept some simplifications. The thesis is a very nice example of the possibility of applying the value-based pricing approach, but it cannot simply be
concluded if its application in everyday practice in the construction industry is viable or not. The conclusion could have been discussed in more detail to better answer main research question of this thesis. However, the student presented the limits of the method and his research well, justified the results and suggested further directions of the research.

Theory/
Conceptualization:
The theoretical part consists of relevant topics concerning the focus of the thesis. Key terms and concepts were properly explained, and different views of leading authors were compared and discussed. However, the literature review on the topic of pricing could have been more extensive. In particular, more attention could have been paid to the key issue of value-based pricing.
The author summarized this topic on about 3 pages of the thesis.
