Comments and Questions:
The submitted thesis deals with an interesting topic, namely the relationship between business environment and FDI in China. Both the extent and the structure of the paper can be accepted.
Unfortunately, the goal of the thesis isn’t explicitly given. It is only understandable from the introduction.
The theoretical and practical parts are not bad, but I definitely miss in both parts a clear discussion dedicated to the relationship. I can’t find much from theoretical perspective and the same applies to the practical part. Here I can appreciate authors own graphs as well as a case study.
Therefore, I suggest the final grade betweengoodandvery good. Questions for the defense:
1. Has the improvement of the Chinese business environment lead to a change in the type of incoming FDI?
2. What is the current extent of the FDI regulation in China? Are joint-ventures still preferred options?
Conclusion: The Bachelor Thesis is recommended for the defence.
