Konkrétní připomínky a dotazy k práci:
The thesis is devoted to the Chinese investment environment. The author has stated a goal of „having a detailed analysis and research on Chinese market from the aspect of foreign investment“ and „whether it is an ideal country to invest „. For accomplishing the goal, the author has chosen PESTEL analysis and risk and opportunity analysis method, combined with a literature research. The thesis is divided into 4 chapters.
The first chapter deals with an extract from the theory of investment, FDI, investment incentives, PEST analysis and risk and opportunity analysis. The author presented in this chapter just general overview of the mentioned theoretical approaches that are rewritten from the books. This part has not been very useful for the research; the author should have provided just sources in which the relevant explanation could be found. The following three parts analyze the investment environment in China on the basis of the chosen methodology, provide an overview of the FDI in China and deal with investment incentives. Those three parts are mainly descriptive. Data used in those parts are superficial and do not allow the author to go more in deepness. The author did not care much about the format and stylistics of the text. Nevertheless, the thesis fulfills requirements given on this type of academic work. Questions for the defence: 1. What is the most effective investment incentive that the Chinese government uses according to the author´s view?
2. How the foreign investors can avoid the risks that they face if they invest into China?
Závěr: Bakalářskou práci doporučuji k obhajobě.
